Songwriter, arranger and producer Ayhan Sahin, who serves as VP of A&R for Breaking Records and in-house producer/chief engineer at Nelson-O'Reilly Productions, has written six original, full-length
musical theater works and is the producer of more than four dozen programs staged with 50+ artists, designers and performers.

His shows have been performed in his native Turkey, as well as in Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Canada and the U.S. He has been featured in the international print press, and on radio and TV at home, and was profiled on CNN for writing and staging "Turkey's first rock opera," a drama titled "Gods." Recently, he was featured on the VH1 series "Fan Club" in a segment profiling the influence of ABBA in his work and career.

Sahin was raised in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, where he earned a master's degree in civil engineering and worked in the field for a decade before turning his focus full-time to musical arts. He has an MFA degree from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

He founded Young Pals Music in 2002, where he produces music in a wide range of genres, from pop, dance, rock and R&B to musical theatre. His most recent project entailed producing an album for Turkey's most-acclaimed female singer/songwriter, Sezen Aksu.
